Mount Vernon Memorial Park is a 10-acre cemetery.
Mount Vernon Memorial Park was founded in 1996. Our former church location on West Broad Street also had a cemetery. 78 individuals who was buried in our West Broad Street cemetery were subsequently moved to the Memorial Park in 1996.
Yes, we can assist families with their purchase of a bronze memorial for a loved one buried in our cemetery. Please contact our office to make an appointment.
Memorial Park does not work directly with families in their granite memorial purchases. We can provide the names of some local and known vendors as helpful resource.

Yes, our cemetery can accommodate double interment; one full casket & one cremation vault can share an in-ground burial space or one individual above-ground crypt.

If you desire to be buried in our cemetery, or you believe a person in your family has purchased space here, please call our office before meeting with the funeral home so that you will have complete information to share with the funeral home.
Memorial Park gates are open 7-days a week.
The Mausoleum Chapel is locked at 5 p.m. daily.

Our cemetery does require an outer burial container/vault/liner for all in-ground burials. This can be purchased from your funeral home or from Memorial Park.
All goods and services may be pre-paid. Memorial Park offers an interest-free financing plan for all pre-need arrangements. At-need arrangements may not be financed; all burial fees must be paid in full 3 days prior to the burial
