Our 10-acre cemetery was developed by Mount Vernon Baptist Church in 1997. From the beginning, our vision was to create a tranquil space set apart, where families could gather to remember and honor their loved ones.

This garden contains beautiful pink Crape Myrtle trees and several large shade trees, creating a serene setting for visitors. At its center point, you will find a unique Communion table statue and benches.
The Garden of Devotion features an open Bible center statue, as well as an adjacent 72-niche columbarium with a cross on top (Columbarium III). White Crape Myrtle and Bradford Pear trees create a beautiful setting in this garden.
Good Shepherd features a statue of Jesus in the center of the garden and lavender Crape Myrtle trees are planted throughout.
This garden is situated next to a peaceful, wooded area and features a 60-niche columbarium with praying hands on the top (Columbarium I). Beautiful, red Crape Myrtle trees provide a lovely backdrop to this quiet area.
This family estate section is located in the Garden of Prayer and features a lovely arched entry and beautiful red Crape Myrtle trees.
Companion Lot:
A 72-space Columbarium that provides above-ground placement of cremation urns. This option allows for up to three urns to be placed inside one shared space. A memorial plaque is included in the cost of the niche. Located in the Garden of Devotion and is surrounded by beautiful pink Crape Myrtle trees and a private benched seating area for visiting friends and families.
This area features two walls of cremation niche space for Veterans (and spouses). The columbarium is designed for above-ground burial of cremated remains.
This area is dedicated to infant burials and features a statue of Jesus in the center surrounded by a peaceful wooded setting. Please contact the Memorial Park office for more information about burials in this area.
The Mausoleum Chapel offers a sheltered space for small memorial services and seats approximately 60 people.

Memorials can be designed as simple or as detailed as you like. We offer single bronze and companion bronze grave makers. You can incorporate flower vases, lettering, emblems, and other personalized details to ensure your memorial is the perfect tribute to your loved one.
